 Celien Guns schrijft Belgische voetbalgeschiedenis in Portugal Het Belgische vrouwenvoetbal heeft er opnieuw een pionier bij. Celien Guns (27) kondigde via sociale media aan dat ze haar carrière verderzet bij Damaiense, een club in de Portugese eerste klasse. Daarmee wordt ze de eerste Belgische profvoetbalster die actief is in Portugal – een stap die niet alleen persoonlijk historisch is, maar ook symbolisch voor de internationalisering van onze speelsters. Guns droeg in totaal vier keer het shirt van de Belgian Red Flames, en bouwde daarnaast een veelzijdige clubcarrière uit: Lierse SK – begin van haar carrière, nationaal opgemerkt om haar loopvermogen en strijdlust. Norrköping and Hammarby Set Up Svenska Cupen Final

The final off the Svenska Cuppen will be Norrköping versus Hammarby. Two teams with very different histories, but both now knocking loudly at the door of silverware. For IFK Norrköping, their 2–1 victory over BK Häcken was nothing short of a statement. Once seen as newcomers just happy to survive in the Damallsvenskan, Norrköping have quietly built something serious. The addition of experienced defender Jessica Wik (formerly Samuelsson) over the winter raised a few eyebrows — and expectations.
